At Woodland Creek Furniture, many of our smaller items are eligible for Ground Shipping, offering a convenient and cost-effective delivery option. We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Ground shipping is typically used for items that don’t require special handling or freight services. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery from start to finish. Ground shipping ensures that your order is handled with care and delivered directly to your doorstep.

Freight Orders

FTL - Dry Threshold

For customers selecting the FTL - Dry Threshold shipping option, your order will be delivered via our FTL service, ensuring safe and careful transport. Items will be blanket wrapped for added protection during transit. Upon arrival, the delivery team will place your order in the first dry area of your residence, such as a carport, covered porch, or garage. This shipping option ensures your furniture is handled with care and delivered directly to a safe, dry location, helping to protect your purchase from the elements. Please note that this service does not include placement inside the home, assembly, or installation . For any specific delivery needs, feel free to contact our team. This shipment method is for the contiguous 48 states only.

FTL - White Glove

For customers who choose the FTL - White Glove shipping option, your order will be delivered blanket-wrapped for added protection, ensuring safe and careful transport. The delivery team will bring your items into your home and place them in the room of your choice, providing assembly of the items as part of the service. This premium option offers a hassle-free experience, perfect for those seeking convenience and care. Please note that White Glove service does not include any type of installation, such as electrical or wall-mounted fixtures. If you live in an apartment or condo, please contact us for a personalized White Glove shipping quote to accommodate your specific delivery needs. This shipment method is for the contiguous 48 states only.

LTL - Curbside Freight

Certain items from Woodland Creek Furniture require LTL - Curbside Freight shipping due to their size or weight. While this option is not selectable during checkout, customers who choose our free FTL - Dry Threshold option and have items that can only ship LTL - Curbside will be notified by our team. Orders shipped via LTL - Curbside Freight will arrive on a semi-trailer, with the driver moving the crated order to the back of the trailer. It will then be the customer’s responsibility to offload the item. Please note, this service does not include offloading from the truck, delivery to your home, assembly, or installation. We recommend having assistance/equipment available upon delivery for large or heavy items to ensure a smooth offloading process. This shipment method is for the contiguous 48 states only.
